The garment under the in my defense i print is nothing exotic, and that is deliberate. The base garment is a comfortable cotton blend, light enough for summer and thick enough not to go see-through. The cut is a straightforward unisex fit. Take your normal size, or go up one if you prefer it loose. Plain, confident lettering. The line does the work, the design stays out of its way.

How it is made and shipped

Each in my defense i piece is produced individually. Every item is made on demand, so the print is fresh and the stock never goes stale. Orders ship worldwide through TeePublic and carry a 30-day return policy, so a bad guess on size is fixable. Cold wash, inside out, hang to dry. That is the entire care routine.

Where it works

Wear it to work, to the shops, or anywhere you would rather not be spoken to. It earns its place by being the thing you reach for before a bank holiday with no plans, or on the way to a doctors waiting room, rather than something saved for one day a year. If a shirt is not right, the in my defense i design travels well. You can put it on a hoodie, a mug, a sticker or a tank top instead, whichever suits the person better.
